Terms, Returns and Warranty Policies

We are so confident that you will benefit from our products that you can return them up to six months after you place your order if you realize savings below 15%.

To be eligible for this refund you must demonstrate that you have correctly installed and used your KVAR product for a minimum of 5 months and that your electric bill has not decreasd compared to your previous year.

Efficient Energy Site provides that, if within twelve (12) years from installation date, your KVAR product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship or damage by lightning, KVAR Energy Savings Corporation will repair or replace the affected unit free of charge.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

(A) Accidental mishandling, dropping or other types of physical abuse.

(B) Units which have been opened, taken apart or subjected to unauthorized repair.

(C) Units which have not been installed or used in accordance with instructions.

(D) Riots, civil disturbances, war or other related acts of God.

This warranty does not apply to damages claimed in excess of the cost of the installed units, and although this warranty outlines specific legal rights, your actual rights may vary from state to state.

You are free to return your KVAR products back to us for a full refund within 2 weeks of placing your order. Refunds will only be made if your unit is returned in resellable condition, in its original packaging with all peripherals and documents. Please be sure to contact us for full return instructions before posting your order back.

In no event shall Efficient Energy Site, The True Potential Group Inc or the employees of said businesses be liable to you for any consequential, special, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind arising out of the delivery, performance, or use of our product. In no event will Efficient Energy Site be liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or any other theory of liability, exceed the product cost paid by you. All legal disputes arising with our KVAR KEC products will be directed solely to KVAR Energy Savings Inc.

We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions in order for whatever reason we deem appropriate. Every effort will be made to notify you of such changes in advance where possible.
